Scope

ADCM prepared the comprehensive permit drawing set to support the conversion of the top three storeys of an existing Holiday Inn into Candlewood Suites, including the addition of 60 in-suite kitchens within existing guest room layouts. The scope encompassed coordinated fire safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing submissions to the city to ensure full code compliance for the new extended-stay guest suites.

Additional interior reconfigurations included the expansion of the ground-floor Marketplace, conversion of an existing storage room into a guest laundry facility, and the consolidation of two meeting rooms into a new fitness center, with all associated life-safety and building systems upgrades addressed as part of the permit process.
