Scope

This 84 guest suites renovation included the removal of existing wall vinyl, furniture, complete flooring and electrical fixtures, followed by the installation of new flooring, skim coating and painting walls and ceilings, electrical fixtures and furniture. All corridor wall vinyl, flooring and wall mounted fixtures were updated. We collaborated with the client, designers and brand representatives from the establishment of scope to the PIP to execution on site.

In public areas, there was a complete refresh of the lobby, entrance reception, the meeting rooms and the public washrooms.
