Scope

This comprehensive renovation project involved obtaining building permits and upgrading 60 guest suites, adding new kitchens with plumbing and electrical provisions. Each suite received new kitchen cabinetry, fixtures, appliances, furniture, and artwork, with a coordinated interior finish to enhance the overall guest experience. The existing carpet throughout was removed and replaced with new glue-down LVT and carpet. Walls were stripped of wallpaper, skim-coated, and freshly painted for a clean, modern look.

In the bathrooms, 54 tub surrounds were replaced with new wall tile, and 6 tubs were converted to standing showers. All 60 vanities were replaced and the mirrors were upgraded to a backlit.

Common areas also saw major upgrades. All three corridors received new paint, carpet, and upgraded wall lighting. On Level 1, the office was reconfigured into an expanded marketplace, and the lobby was refreshed with new furniture and artwork. The meeting rooms and the public washrooms also received all new floor and wall finishes.
